KINGDOM OF THE PLANET OF THE APES (2024)
“Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” (2024) is the latest installment in the Planet of the Apes franchise, directed by Wes Ball, known for his work on “The Maze Runner” series. This film continues the story set in the iconic sci-fi universe that explores themes of evolution, society, and conflict between humans and apes.
“Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” takes place several decades after the events of the previous film, “War for the Planet of the Apes” (2017). The story explores a new chapter in the evolution of the ape society, set against the backdrop of a world where apes have established their dominance over humans. 
The plot follows Koba (Javier Bardem), a character who emerges as a powerful leader within the ape community. He aims to consolidate the apes’ control over the remnants of human civilization, leading to internal strife and external threats. The film introduces a new generation of characters, both human and ape, who challenge the established order and fight for their own survival and ideals.
