Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001)

Brotherhood of the Wolf is set in 18th-century France, where a series of brutal murders occur in the Gevaudan region. The victims are savagely killed by a mysterious creature, leading the locals to believe it is a gigantic beast. The French authorities send Grégoire de Fronsac (Samuel Le Bihan), a naturalist and warrior, along with his companion Mani (Mark Dacascos), a Native American fighter, to investigate and hunt down the creature.
