The Chronicles of Narnia

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005) is a fantasy film directed by Andrew Adamson, based on the classic novel by C.S. Lewis. It is the first installment in the Narnia film series.
The story follows four siblings—Lucy, Edmund, Susan, and Peter Pevensie—who are evacuated from London during World War II and sent to live in the countryside.

While exploring the house, Lucy discovers a wardrobe that serves as a portal to the magical land of Narnia, where animals talk, and mythical creatures exist. In Narnia, the children learn that the land is under the spell of the White Witch, who has plunged it into eternal winter. They join forces with Aslan, a noble and powerful lion, to free Narnia from the Witch’s tyranny and restore peace and harmony to the land. Along the way, they encounter various fantastical beings and engage in epic battles. The film is known for its enchanting visual effects, compelling storytelling, and strong performances, particularly by Tilda Swinton as the White Witch and Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe captures the wonder and adventure of the beloved book, making it a favorite among both children and adults.
